I’m Julie and on behalf of the Active Mum Community, I’d like to welcome you. We know this journey is fall of high’s and lows and we want to help you make this pregnancy the most enjoyable, memorable and fantastic time of your life.

The problem is, there are so many “experts” out there who really don’t understand you and where you are at right now. Big gym & pilates trainers haven’t done specific pregnancy courses or have done very brief Cornflake packet courses that place you at risk of life long damage. They are trying their best, but they can only pass on the limited information they have been taught.
