17 Minutes From Shitty As F..., To Laughing My Arse Off
This morning, I woke up feeling shitty AF. š©
Not tired. Not stressed. Just⦠off. Heavy.
Agitated. Overwhelmed. Like I wanted to scream or crawl back into bed ā but couldnāt do either.
The weather was crap. š§ļø
I couldn't do my usual beach meditation.
My head instantly filled with everything I had to do.
The pressure. The mental load. The never-ending list.
The hats I wear. The people who need me.
And then the guilt for feeling this way.
That inner voice saying: āGet it together.ā But I couldnāt.
I started spiralling.
Then I procrastinated ā emails, dog poo, checking class bookings at 6:50AM?!(Why? Because itās easier to do than to feel.)
But I knew if I didnāt shift something, Iād stay stuck in this shitty fog all day.
So I forced myself ā cranky and all ā to move.
I ran through the rain. I sprinted through the water.
Still angry, still moody⦠until something finally cracked.
I laughed. I jumped into the ocean ā fully clothed. And I felt alive again.
š„ I filmed this video right after. Hair dripping. Eyes brighter.
