You can start our program as soon as you find out you're pregnant—ideally, the earlier the better. Every day during pregnancy is important to help your body grow and strengthen in the right way. If you discover us later in your pregnancy or feel too unwell to begin right away, that's completely okay. We recommend starting as soon as you feel ready, and continuing the program right up until labor. Our program is adaptable to each trimester.

I’m Julie and on behalf of the Active Mum Community, I’d like to welcome you. We know this journey is full of high’s and lows and we want to help you make this pregnancy the most enjoyable, memorable and fantastic time of your life.
The problem is, there are so many “experts” out there who really don’t understand you and where you are at right now. Big gym & pilates trainers haven’t done specific pregnancy courses or have done very brief Cornflake packet courses that place you at risk of life long damage. They are trying their best, but they can only pass on the limited information they have been taught.
The fact is, this is such a specialised area and not only have I lived it, I’ve also helped 14,000 women over the past 15 years have the best pregnancy and recovery possible.
